ON-SITE CORPORATE WELLNESS

 

Are you a small to medium business looking to help improve the performance of your employees?  At A+ Personal Training, we will bring our services to your place of business to provide your employees a stress-reducing workout, which in turn will help motivate them in their daily activities.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

 

A+ Personal Training encourages friends, family, or co-workers to train together. Group training creates a challenging and competitive atmosphere for you and others to encourage one another to reach your fitness goals. We also offer group training for high-school student, college off-season or athletic groups looking to improve their fitness level.

*Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone. Results will vary. Check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program to avoid/reduce the risk of injury. Clients are responsible for sharing any special circumstances and/or health considerations that may affect their workout program. A+ Personal Training will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained as a result of using any fitness program presented and/or discussed on the A+ Personal Training blog, via email communications, in video format, or in studio.
